More Than a Filler—A Rebuilder

Radiesse at Ageless Aesthetics

As we age, our skin gradually loses collagen, and with it, the support and definition that keep the face and hands looking youthful. For guests seeking more than surface-level softening, Radiesse® offers a deeper solution—one that restores volume and stimulates your body’s own collagen over time. At Ageless Aesthetics, we use Radiesse to treat areas where structure and support are essential: the jawline, cheeks, smile lines, and even the backs of the hands.

Unlike traditional fillers, Radiesse doesn’t just add volume. Instead, it encourages your skin to rebuild its foundation. It’s an ideal option for those who want lasting definition without looking overfilled.

Radiance That Lasts

What is Radiesse Hyperdilute?

Radiesse Hyperdilute is an injectable filler that contains calcium hydroxylapatite, or CaHA. These particles integrate into the skin to create a scaffold, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin. This results in the smoothing of lines and the promotion of a renewed skin structure for natural-looking results. Radiesse Hyperdilute is intended to be performed as a series of three to five injection appointments. Radiesse Hyperdilute results last about 15 months.

Unlike soft gel fillers made from hyaluronic acid, Radiesse has a thicker consistency and is often chosen for areas that need more structure or long-lasting lift. It’s not just about smoothing—it’s about restoring what’s been lost at a foundational level.

Skin Support That Builds Over Time

What is the Radiesse procedure like?

Your Radiesse appointment begins with a personalized consultation and a careful assessment of your facial structure, skin quality, and treatment goals. After applying a topical anesthetic to ensure comfort, your provider will use strategic injection techniques to place the product in areas where support and contour are needed most.

Treatment typically takes 30 to 45 minutes, with minimal downtime. You may experience mild swelling or tenderness at the injection sites, but these effects are temporary. Many guests return to daily activities the same day.

Volume, Shape, and Strength

What conditions does Radiesse address?

Radiesse is ideal for guests experiencing volume loss, skin laxity, or structural flattening in the face and hands. It helps improve:

  • Jawline definition and facial contours
  • Smile lines and marionette lines around the mouth
  • Volume loss in the lower face, especially due to aging
  • Crepiness and thinning skin on the backs of the hands
  • Mild skin laxity that benefits from collagen support

Where Radiesse Works Best

What areas can Radiesse Hyperdilute help with?

All areas can be done, but some new interesting areas to consider are the decolletage (chest wall), necklines for thinning skin around the neck, cellulitic dimples of the thighs and buttocks, giving minor volume to the buttock for better shape, knee lines from lax skin with aging, stretch marks, and laxity around the arms.

Collagen You Can Count On

What are the benefits of Radiesse?

Radiesse offers a unique blend of instant lift and long-term improvement. The initial results are visible right away—firmer contours, smoother lines, more defined shape—while the collagen-stimulating effects continue to improve the skin over the following months. Many clients appreciate that it feels structured without appearing stiff, and that it lasts longer than many traditional fillers.

Because Radiesse helps your skin rebuild from within, results often look more natural over time—less like a filler, and more like a refreshed version of you.

Sculpt Your Goals

Am I a candidate for Radiesse?

If you’re in good health and looking for volume restoration with structure, Radiesse may be right for you. It’s best for those with moderate volume loss in the lower face or hands, and for those who want a collagen-boosting solution that doesn’t rely on frequent touch-ups.

Radiesse is not recommended for areas with very thin skin, like lips or tear troughs, and is not ideal for anyone with a history of severe allergic reactions to any of the filler's components. During your consultation, we’ll review your medical history and aesthetic goals to ensure a safe and appropriate plan.

Radiesse Recovery & Results

Radiesse Recovery

After your Radiesse treatment, you may notice some redness, tenderness, or mild swelling at the injection sites, especially in areas with thinner skin like the hands. These effects usually resolve within a few days. To promote even results, we recommend avoiding intense exercise, heat exposure, or facial massage for the first 24–48 hours. You’ll leave with clear post-care instructions to ensure optimal results.

Radiesse works best as a series of 2-3 treatments scheduled several weeks apart. Your provider will guide you on when to schedule your second appointment and check your skin’s response to treatment at each visit.

Radiesse Results

You’ll see a visible difference within a few days, including more defined contours, smoother skin, and a subtle lift in the treated area. However, more noticeable results develop over time after a series of treatments. Over the following 6–12 weeks, your body begins to produce new collagen around the filler, further improving firmness and texture. Most people enjoy results that last 12 to 18 months, with some choosing a light touch-up annually to maintain optimal structure and shape.

Because the improvements happen gradually and naturally, Radiesse offers one of the most elegant, long-lasting results in aesthetic injectables.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you bothered by lines and wrinkles and loss of facial volume due to aging or genetics? If so, biostimulators may be a great treatment option. Unlike other treatments that simply restore lost volume with hyaluronic acid, biostimulators actually trigger your body's natural production of collagen for natural-looking and prolonged results.

Biostimulators are compounds that are injected into the deep layer of the skin called the dermis. Unlike dermal fillers, which simply inject volume, biostimulators work by stimulating new tissue growth, helping the skin to naturally produce its own volume. The Biostimulators we offer at Ageless Aesthetics are Sculptra and Radiesse Hyperdilute.

You can expect to have mild soreness and possible slight swelling at the injection sites for about 3-5 days post-treatment as the biostimulators incorporate into the tissue. As with any treatment that utilizes needles, there is always a risk of bruising. We take every measure possible to prevent creating a bruise. However, there are tiny capillaries that are not visible to the eye and are at risk anytime a needle enters the skin.

While it sounds complicated, hyperdiluted Radiesse is simply Radiesse that has been thinned out with a mixture of saline solution and Lidocaine. This diluted mixture is injected into areas where the skin is showing sagging skin and creping texture. The calcium hydroxyapatite molecules in Radiesse then stimulate the body to build new collagen and elastin. Radiesse Hyperdilute is totally safe, and because of the thinning to obtain a better spread in the area we are treating, there is no risk of an adverse event with injections such as occlusions or nodules.

Radiesse isn’t necessarily “better,” but it offers a different benefit. It’s a collagen stimulator and adds structure, making it ideal for areas like the jawline and hands, whereas hyaluronic acid fillers are better for lips or tear troughs.

Most guests see results for 12 to 18 months, with collagen-building effects continuing beyond that in some cases.

Downtime is minimal. Some swelling, bruising, or tenderness may occur, but most guests return to daily activities the same day.

Yes, Radiesse pairs well with neuromodulators, skin tightening, and facial balancing treatments for a comprehensive rejuvenation plan.

We use a topical anesthetic, and Radiesse is often mixed with lidocaine to reduce discomfort. Most people find the treatment very tolerable.
