The typical signs of aging are associated with the loss of bone, collagen, and elastin as we age, starting in our mid-thirties. Dermal fillers provide a long-lasting, non-permanent natural enhancement that is gentle and safe for your skin. They can be used to lift deep folds, wrinkles, and even very fine lines while naturally contouring the face, hands, neck, and chest. At Ageless Aesthetics, we offer a wide variety of dermal fillers to help reverse the effects of aging and give you supple skin and a refreshed version of yourself.
The hyaluronic acid dermal fillers we offer are:
We also offer Radiesse Hyperdilute for hand rejuvenation. Radiesse is made from calcium hydroxylapatite CaHA, which not only provides volume for the hands but also stimulates collagen and elastin.
Your experience begins with a detailed consultation, where we’ll assess your facial structure, review your aesthetic goals, and determine the ideal filler product and placement. Once your plan is in place, we may apply a topical anesthetic for comfort before injecting the filler using precise, strategic techniques. Most appointments take under an hour, and results are visible immediately.
You may experience mild tenderness, swelling, and redness in the treated area. These side effects typically resolve within a few days. Our team will provide aftercare instructions and recommend follow-up appointments as needed to monitor your results.
Dermal fillers are used to correct or enhance a variety of aesthetic concerns, including:
Immediate Results with Minimal Downtime
Filler offers a nearly instant improvement in contour, lift, and volume, with little to no time away from daily life.
Natural-Looking Enhancement
Our aesthetic specialists prioritize subtlety and balance, using techniques that enhance without overpowering your natural features.
Versatility and Customization
With multiple filler types available, we can tailor each treatment to suit specific areas of concern and long-term goals.
Skin Support and Collagen Boost
Some fillers, such as Radiesse, also stimulate collagen, improving skin texture and firmness over time.
Most healthy adults experiencing mild to moderate volume loss or aging-related changes are good candidates for dermal fillers. This treatment is also well-suited for those looking to improve symmetry or enhance facial definition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions, we may recommend postponing your treatment. During your consultation, we’ll review your full history to ensure dermal filler is a safe and appropriate choice.
Dermal Fillers Recovery
After your treatment, you may notice swelling, bruising, or tenderness at the injection sites, especially in high-movement areas like the lips or around the mouth. These effects typically subside within a few days. To ensure optimal results, we recommend avoiding intense exercise, alcohol, and pressure to the treated area for the first 24–48 hours. Cold compresses and sleeping slightly elevated can help reduce any swelling. Follow-up appointments may be scheduled to assess your progress and make refinements if needed.
Dermal Fillers Results
You’ll see most of your filler results immediately, with continued settling over the next few days as swelling subsides. Depending on the product and treatment area, dermal fillers can last anywhere from 6 months to 18 months. Products like Juvéderm Voluma and Radiesse tend to offer longer-lasting results in structural areas like the cheeks or jawline. Maintenance appointments are recommended to preserve your desired look over time.
At Ageless Aesthetics, we believe the best aesthetic work goes unnoticed. Our team is extensively trained in advanced filler techniques, facial balancing, and product selection, ensuring each treatment is artful, precise, and completely personalized. We never overfill or overtreat. Instead, we focus on enhancing your natural structure with integrity and intention, helping you look like yourself—refreshed, supported, and confident.

Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are considered very safe when administered by qualified providers. You naturally produce hyaluronic acid, which is part of the matrix that keeps your skin and collagen pads at the volume you have in your skin up until your mid-thirties. The dermal fillers we offer are bioidentical to the hyaluronic acid you naturally produce. Therefore, there is never a need to skin test. We only use FDA-approved dermal fillers.
All of our cosmetic injectors are licensed nurses with certifications to provide you with the level of advanced cosmetic injection services. We have ongoing training for our nurses as techniques advance. Therefore, we deliver the best results.
A typical guide as to the amount of volume varies greatly, as someone more mature with more volume loss will require more volume injected to achieve the desired results. The following is only an approximate guide on the amount of volume per area; Temples - usually 1 syringe per side, Cheeks - usually 1 syringe per side, Nasal Folds - usually 1/2 syringe per side, Marionettes - usually 1/2 to 1 syringe per side, Chin - usually 1 syringe, Jawline - usually 2-3 syringes total, Lips - usually 1/2 to 1 syringe, and Hands - 1 syringe per hand.
For the best results, the most important component in your dermal filler treatment is getting the right volume. All syringes come in a 1 ml size. The image below shows a tablespoon so you can understand what volume you receive from a single syringe.

The most common question we get asked about cosmetic injections is, "Will I bruise"? It is a priority to do everything possible during a treatment to avoid bruising any patient. Some things you can do to help limit the risk of bruising are to avoid any non-prescribed supplements that can thin your blood, such as D3, turmeric, green tea, aspirin, alcohol, and garlic, to name a few. Stopping such supplements 72 hours prior to receiving cosmetic injections is most effective.
Botox relaxes dynamic wrinkles caused by muscle movement (like frown lines), while dermal fillers restore volume and smooth static lines or folds. These injectables are often used as part of a combination treatment plan to address specific areas and concerns.
Not at Ageless Aesthetics. We use a conservative, strategic approach to enhance your features, not change them.
Lip fillers generally last 6–12 months, depending on the product used and how your body metabolizes it.
The product will gradually metabolize, and your features will return to their natural baseline. You won’t look “worse”—you’ll simply go back to where you started.
